Our Warranty
We offer a one-time, free reweld within 6 months of purchase. If your chain is no longer in good condition, we’ll let you know. Should you need a replacement, we offer 25% off the original price of a new chain within the 6-month period. To take advantage of this, please bring in your old chain so it can be recycled.
After 6 months, a reweld costs $10 and a new chain will be full price.
We are not responsible for any misplaced chains or charms, allergic reactions to metals, or tarnishing due to body chemistry.
